CATEGORIZED AS SOCIETY & CULTURE, BUT ALSO FOCUSING ON CORPORATIONS, NEWS AND POLITICS ACCOUNTABILITY.
Established in August 2020, we are everyday women advocating for change to rebuild communities and the world in a positive manner. Holding people accountable for inequalities, racism, injustice, civil rights, and human rights for all. Focusing on a variety of things that make individuals whole. Showing how politics plays a part in our daily lives and holding politicians accountable to represent the people who elected them . Making corporations aware that we are watching and reporting them (with evidence) for any consumer inequities of any kind. Using Subject Matter Experts (”SME”) to give in-depth details of the subject being discussed. With people needing laughter, we’re also having fun celebrating and uplifting people with positive adjustive episode categories such as:
in 2020 and 2021 Marvelous Motivating Mondays, Wonderful Women Wednesdays, and also a special Fantastic Fellas Friday celebrating men and asking our men to contribute their ideas, suggestions and perspective. In 2022 we’re focusing on Wednesday episodes celebrating difference makers and still holding politicians and corporations accountable. We hope through podcasting we can help people discover things they may not be aware of that are affecting our communities. WE HOPE TO BE THE NEW VILLAGE THROUGH THE AIRWAVES. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY?

SHA‘ PTA‘ - Wonderful Women Wednesday Talk About Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Wednesday Oct 13, 2021
Wednesday Oct 13, 2021
Episode #121 – On this WONDERFUL WOMEN WEDNESDAY we talk about BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Men get breast cancer too. Did you know a female child of a man with breast cancer who inherits the defective gene has a risk between 40% and 80% of eventually developing breast cancer? Cancer is a broad term for a class of diseases characterized by abnormal cells that grow and invade healthy cells in the body. Breast cancer starts in the cells of the breast as a group of cancer cells that can then invade surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to other areas of the body. You’re not alone - No matter how long ago you completed breast cancer treatment and no matter the struggles you face, there are likely others who have been where you are today. Sharing experiences and advice with other survivors may be helpful. Susan G. Komen has a list of resources for finding local and online support groups. Your health care provider can also tell you how to find a local support group. Susan G. Komencreated the Komen Treatment Assistance Program to help those struggling with the costs of breast cancer treatment by providing financial assistance to eligible individuals. Funding is available for eligible individuals of any age undergoing breast cancer treatment, at any stage of the disease. To learn more about this program and other helpful resources, call the Komen Breast Care Helpline at 1-877 GO KOMEN (1-877-465-6636) or email helpline@komen.org. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY?
